Now please don't get the wrong idea. The CP Support will NOT give you whatever item you want just because you ask for it. You have to meet certain requirements. For example, if you know you joined Club Penguin in 2010 don't bother asking them for something old/rare like one of the leis. They know everything about your account; when you joined, how often you log in, etc and won't give it to you because it would be unfair to other players.
However, if you weren't able to get an item because of a glitch (like if you met Rockhopper and got his stamp, but not the background) email support@clubpenguin.com about it and they'll most likely add it. That's what happened to me today when I explained to them how I met the Penguin Band a while ago and couldn't get their background.
I had no idea Club Penguin could do this until a few days ago. I hope this information helped you.

ReplyDeleteYou know, I'm curious. Supercuty, you said once that you have gotten every pin since you started the game except the Scorn one from the Medieval Party 2012 and the EPF Medal one from Herbert's Battle of Doom because of a bug. Have you requested those?

ReplyDeleteMy little sister has cancer, and all she ever wanted were a few items on Club Penguin that HER PENGUIN WAS AROUND FOR, but the Club Penguin team said "Sorry, we can't do that. It's too bad your little sister has cancer and has no hope what-so-ever and that getting these items might have cheered her up a whole lot! Have a great day!" Ok, maybe they didn't say that exactly but they pretty much might as well! I stressed how much these items were important to her and how the poor thing hasn't smiled IN A MONTH!!!!!! The Cp Support Team has gotten a whole lot crueler.
